Dancers of the Harem is one of the largest and longest continually active Middle Eastern Dance Troupes in the country and includes women of all ages, shapes and sizes (teens, moms and grandmas.)
The cardio portion of the workout includes ten combinations which are taught in an aerobics class format: demonstration, practice and then adding on to form an entire high energy routine.
Challenging abdominal and lower body toning is achieved through basic belly dance movements and floor work.
Appropriate for beginners and accomplished dancers. All levels can benefit from learning the combinations and training specific muscle groups to enhance your dance.
